Portrait of the actor Henry Phillips, three-quarter length, standing, leaning against a stone with a rockface behind him and tree to his right, he holds a fishing rod, and looks at the viewer. Appears to be the frontispiece to his 1843 book 'The True Enjoyment of Angling'. Another similar print in the British Museum (1876,1209.327.) has been attributed to Henry Dawe after John Prescott Knight.
