Manuscript note of resolutions 'At a meeting held at Mr Wyndhams Chambers on July 11th 1888'.The first resoution was 'That an Association be formed to be entitled the "London Managers Association" for the discussion and protection from time to time of their Interests'.
The signatories were Charles Hawtrey, Richard D'Oyly Carte, Herbert Beerbohm Tree, John Hare, Charles Wyndham, Edward Terry, Thomas Thorne and J.L. Toole [by deputy]. The last name and note are written in pencil.
