A list of names with additional notes, probably associated with a lawsuit over theatre rent relating to the Dorset Garden Theatre in particular.This is probably the later of two lists, for the first see LIB/TH/DOR/2. This document is associated with an initial suit to be found in the National Archives, C5/284/40, O'Hara and others versus Skipwith and others. At the centre of the suit was the manager Chrsitopher Rich, who had possession of the Dorset Garden Theatre and refused to pay rent to the holders of shares in either that theatre or the Drury Lane Theatre of which he also had control.
