Biography
Parkinson worked for the most part on theatrical subjects. He exhibited periodically at the Royal Academy between 1774 (when he showed a scene from “She Stoops to Conquer”, executed in the manner of Zoffany) and 1789. His figures are described as being ‘rather wooden.’
