Paul Rothlisberger was born at Neuchatel, Switzerland, in 1892. He trained as a sculptor and became a pupil of Bouchard, Landowski and Bourdelle. He exhibited in the Swiss salons, and in Paris at the Salons d’Automne and at the Tuilleries.
