Biography
Elizabeth Poole appeared on the London stage for first time at the age of seven and was seen for several years in children’s roles. In the 1830s she made appearances at the English Opera House, playing the Heir of Ormond in "The Feudal Lady" and the title role in "Tom Thumb". The catalogue of portraits in the Harvard Theatre Collection lists 15 portraits of her, but we know little more about her career. She married a Dr Bacon. She died on 15 January 1906.
