Colour lithograph print of Miss Peggy Wood as Sarah Millick in Noël Coward's three-act operetta 'Bitter Sweet' produced at Her Majesty's Theatre, London in 1929. The print is from 'Heroes and Heroines of "Bitter Sweet"'' by Max Beerbohm, which contains two other colour plates of the play's cast. In 1933, the operetta was made into a film version. The print depicts Wood in a long period style white dress, with plaited blond hair and in a room with a window and chaise lounge. This is part of a set of six prints.
