This print depicts a scene from Arthur Murphy's play 'The Citizen'. On the left a bald man clutches his head and his leg, he is being kicked by a man in a hat, who holds a sword behind his back. On the right a man in a wig appears to be emerging from under a table, while a lady is looking into the room at the scene. It is plate III from a publication called 'The Universal Museum'.
