This print depicts the comedian John Liston in the character of Paul Pry. He is depicted half length within a floral picture frame. Liston wears a top hat, large cravat tied into a bow, and a jacket. His monocle on a ribbon hangs from his neck and the umbrella he is holding breaks out of the picture into the frame.
