Print of Edward Atkins and Emily Cross as Grumio and Curtis from Act 4 Scene 1 of 'The Taming of the Shrew' by William Shakespeare. They are both depicted full length and standing in a house interior. Atkins wears an Elizabethan or Jacobean style servant costume of a patterned doublet, matching breeches, stockings with ribbon, and a ruff. Cross wears a floor-length dress with long striped sleeves and patterned apron over the top as well as buckled shoes, a conical hat and she holds a staff with both hands.
