This print depicts the actor Robert Keeley in the role of Signor Sylli in the play 'The Maid of Judah or the Knight Templar' in an adaptation of Walter Scott's Ivanhoe. He is depicted full length, turn to his right. He wears a medieval style costume, comprising of a large hat with an oversized feather, an embellished tunic and tights. He has a cape over one shoulder. His Right hand is gesturing outwards, while his other hand holds a sword.
