This print depicts the actor Gustavus Vaughn Brooke as Hamlet. He stands full length, looking to the left. He holds in his hand a wooden pipe. He wears a dark embnroidered tunic with the Order of the Elephant at his chest, and a cape with an order in the shape of a star. The image is depicted in an arched decorated frame.
