This print depicts the actor Mr. Parsons. His head an shoulders are depicted wihin an oval frame. He wears a dark jacket, frilled cravat and a short curled wig. He looks to the left. This print is possibly a proof, as there is space left black at the bottom centre of the picture for a theatrical motif, depicting masks and cadecus. An example of this is in the British Museum' print collection.
