This photographic postcard depicts the actor singer Bertram Wallis and the actress singer Grace Lane. They are depicted wearing 18th century style costumes. Grace Lane's hand rests on Mr Wallis' shoulder. The play, named after the 1907 novel, was written by Baroness Orczy and was performed in 1908.
