This print depicts the actor Richard Baddeley as Trinculo in Shakespeare's 'The Tempest'. He is depicted full length, facing right, looking downcast, wringing out the tail of his coat.he has unkempt hair. He wears a neckerchief, breeches and stockings, and a coat. Baddeley first played the role of Trinculo in 1768 on the 22nd of April at Drury Lane.
